First Care Integrated Health Services Inc employs the services of Independent Dietary Consultants to assist patients with nutritional concerns, improve their overall health through nutritional programs. Services include:

• educating patients with the benefits of a balanced diet
• helping develop a meal plan
• assisting patients with weight management
• providing access to information and advice on proper nutrition

Our Dietary Consultants will work with the patient / family and the agency case managers to develop a health strategy with recommendation from the primary care physician.
