Our staff of highly qualified Medical Social Workers are compassionate and well-versed with local and state level community resources. This allows them to be effective advocates for the patient and their family. Their scope of services involve but are not limited to the following:

• Helping identify resources that can help with personal, emotional and financial difficulties
• Tapping into community programs available that can benefit the patient
• Assisting the patient and family with challenges related to home care
• Providing counseling services and recommending treatment programs
• Educating the patient and family members about how to handle issues related to their health
• Assist patient and or family to find long- term placement facility
